High-Frequency Electrodynamics of Slow Moving Media Taking into Account the Specular Reflection

The paper presents the results of constructing physical and mathematical model high-frequency electromagnetic waves propagation in slowly moving media finite dimensions, which takes into account phenomena specular reflection these waves. constructed is based on formulas designed to determine speed as well equations describe advantageous feature that they take Fresnel drag coefficient for speed. approach solving equations, modeling process use a difference scheme, motion taken account, proposed.
